Fortunately there are lots of great form plugins available that work great with Divi.

In this article we’ll take a look at best form plugins for Divi and WordPress. These plugins offer practically any feature you need. They’re in no particular order.

Contact Form 7 is the most popular form plugin for WordPress. It allows you to create and manage multiple contact forms and customize them with markup. It includes all of the expected fields and supports AJAX submissions, spam filtering through Akismet and CAPTCHA, and more. It even has a quiz feature. It is highly compatible with other plugins. It uses HTML in order to create the forms, so it might not be the best choice for beginners.

Gravity Divi is a new custom module for Divi that allows you to create attractive forms quickly and easily. By default your forms will match Divi, or you can use the built in customizer settings to create your own style. All of the basic functionality you would expect is built in. Some additional features include showing and hiding the title and description, enabling AJAX, adding the optional tab-index attribute, and more. Gravity Divi is so easy to use that it makes it a great choice for beginners and for those who also want to have programmatic functionality of Gravity Forms.

Ninja Forms

Ninja Forms lets you build forms using a drag-and-drop interface. The basic fields are included but advanced features such as conditional logic requires an add-on. Build unlimited forms, set fields as required, correct formatting, modify fields, provide success messages, etc. It includes AJAX submissions, several anti-spam options, and more. The ease of use makes this one is a great choice for beginners and the ability to customize with HTML makes it a great choice for developers.

Fast and Secure Contact Form

Build and edit forms with Fast and Secure Contact Form’s drag-and-drop interface and style them with CSS. It includes extra security for spam with reCAPTCHA and Akistmet integration. This one allows you to schedule meetings and set up appointments through the form. It includes URL redirection and email confirmation. It’s a little more difficult to use, but for a free plugin it has a lot of features that make it worth the effort.

Formidable has a free version to create forms with a drag-and-drop interface. Customize them with the built-in CSS classes or create your own. Forms can be single or multi-column. Spam is handled through reCAPTCHA and Akismet integration. To get the best it can offer you’ll need the Pro version which adds lots of new fields, conditional logic, multi-page forms, email routing, calculations, BootStrap styling, front-end editing, and lots more. You can even create posts, pages, and custom post types from front-end forms. It can be expanded further through add-ons.

WPForms is a lite plugin with a drag-and-drop contact form builder that’s easy to learn and use. It includes all of the basic fields. If you want advanced features you’ll need the Pro version. It includes lots of templates to get you started and you can customize it with HTML and CSS. Spam protection is provided through CAPTCHA and honeypot, and you can create custom CAPTCHA’s. Build multi-page forms, allow for file uploads, integrate with newsletters and payment gateways, use conditional logic, and display geolocation information. It includes an entry management system.

Caldera Forms

Caldera Forms is easy to use and includes a drag-and-drop form builder with all of the standard fields. It includes three templates, a ratings system, color pickers, AJAX, and even includes conditional logic and submission redirects. Design with single and multiple columns, and create forms with multiple pages. It includes spam protection using honeypot. It probably has the most features in a free plugin. There are several add-ons available to integrate your forms with newsletters, payment gateways, add custom fields, and lots more.
