Divi Contact Form Helper
- The problem
- Divi's own Contact Form module stops at the basics. Sites that needed file uploads, multi-step forms or a record of submissions had to leave the Divi builder for a separate form plugin.
- What we did
- We built it with Pee-Aye Creative in 2022 and still maintain it: 17+ field types added to Divi's own form, multi-step forms, an email engine, an entries database with CSV export and built-in spam protection. One codebase runs on Divi 4 and Divi 5; Divi 5 support shipped in November 2025. They sell and support it; we write the code.
- 13,000+ sales, January 2022 to April 2026
- 60+ releases in four years
- Divi 4 + 5 from one codebase

We fix the cause
A patch that hides a symptom comes back, usually on a Friday. We would rather spend the extra hour finding out why.
We leave it editable
The site is yours after we go. Reusable sections, tidy settings, and notes for whoever inherits it.
We say what it will cost
Scope and price agreed before anything starts. If it turns out bigger, you hear it from us before the work, not on the invoice.
Need a Divi plugin built?
Send the brief, or just the problem. We come back with a scope, a fixed price and a date, or tell you that you do not need us.
- Scope and timeline fixed up front
- A fixed price before work starts
- No retainer to sign
