In regards to your question, we don't provide direct support for products sold by developers on our site as they're not our products. We do however  offer the ability to communicate with the seller.

To message the seller, you must log in and visit their Author Profile. There will be a contact form available to you there. If you're seeking product support, please include your Order Number in your message.
