This policy covers paid development services purchased from Divi Cake — website builds, plugin development, and fixes. Tutorials are free, so there is nothing to refund there.

Deposits are fully refundable at any time before we start work on your project. Change your mind after accepting a quote but before kickoff — you get the full amount back, no questions asked.

Once work is underway, refunds are prorated: you pay for the milestones that have been delivered, and any amounts covering undelivered milestones are refunded. Completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable.

Once the project is delivered and handed off, the engagement is complete and payments are non-refundable. If something we delivered does not work as agreed in the quoted scope, report it and we will fix it — defects in the agreed scope are on us, not billed.

If Divi Cake cancels an engagement for any reason, you receive a full refund of any amounts covering work not yet delivered.

Email [email protected] with your name, the project, and the payment details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — we process them promptly; your bank or payment provider may take a few additional business days to post the funds.
