These terms govern your use of divicake.com and any services you purchase from us. By using the site or engaging us for work, you agree to them.

divicake.com is operated by Karobar Solutions LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA ("Divi Cake", "we", "us").

Free Divi and WordPress tutorials, and paid development services — website builds, plugin development, and fixes — delivered under individually agreed, fixed-scope quotes.

Every engagement starts with a written quote covering scope, timeline and price. Work begins once you accept the quote and pay the agreed deposit. Anything outside the quoted scope is quoted separately before we build it.

Prices and payment schedules are stated in each quote. Deposits and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Once an engagement is paid in full, you own the delivered work product — the site, custom code and assets we built for you. We may reuse generic techniques, snippets and internal tooling that are not specific to your project. Third-party software (the Divi theme, plugins, fonts) stays licensed under its own terms — you are responsible for holding valid licenses, including your own Divi license.

Tutorials are provided as-is, for you to use at your own risk. Test on a staging site before applying anything to production. WordPress and Divi change over time; a guide that was accurate when published may become outdated.
