Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for using Divi Cake — the site, the plugins and the services. We have kept the legalese to a minimum. If anything here is unclear, ask us.
Agreement
Divi Cake is a product of Karobar Solutions LLC, Wyoming, USA. In these terms, Divi Cake, we, us and our mean Karobar Solutions LLC. You means the person or business using the site, a plugin, or a service we deliver.
By using this site, downloading a plugin, buying a licence or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
What we offer
Three things, and they work differently. The blog is free to read. The plugins are paid downloads covered by a licence. Services are quoted and agreed separately in writing.
We may add, change or retire plugins and features over time. Where a change materially reduces what a current licence covers, we will say so before it takes effect.

- Services — Divi development and SEO work, scoped and quoted per engagement.
Licences and accounts
A plugin licence covers updates and support for the period you bought. What the licence lets you do with the code itself is set out on the License page, and that page governs on any question of use.
If your purchase comes with an account, keep your login details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
Payment and renewal
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are. Tax is calculated at checkout.
Yearly licences renew automatically at the end of each year, at the price you paid. We email you 30 days before a renewal is charged. Cancel any time from your account or by emailing hello@divicake.com; the licence then runs to the end of the year you paid for. Lifetime licences are paid once and never renew.

Your responsibilities
Test on a staging site before you install anything on a production site, and keep your own backups. We build carefully, but we cannot see your site, your host, your other plugins or your theme version.
- Do not resell, re-bundle or redistribute our plugins as your own product.
- Do not share licence keys, downloads or account access with people the licence does not cover.
- Do not use the site or the plugins to break the law, or to host or distribute anything unlawful.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, the update service, or other customers' use of either.
Services work
Services are agreed per engagement. The written scope, the price and the timeline in that agreement govern the work, and where it conflicts with this page, the signed agreement wins.
Support
Support covers our plugins doing what they are documented to do. It does not cover custom development, third-party plugins, your theme, your host, or fixing a site that broke for unrelated reasons — though we will usually tell you what we think went wrong.
Support is by email at hello@divicake.com. We reply within 24 hours on working days.
Availability
We aim to keep the site, the downloads and the update service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting incidents and things outside our control all happen.
Liability
Our plugins are provided as described on the Disclaimer page. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, lost data, or damage to a site that was not tested on staging first.
Nothing here is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited, including consumer rights in the EU and UK.
Ending this agreement
You can stop using the site and the plugins at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached — for example, redistributing a plugin as your own.
Ending a licence does not stop a plugin already installed from working. It ends updates and support.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the products change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be flagged rather than slipped in quietly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute is heard in the courts of Wyoming, USA, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.
