Plugins are provided as-is
Every plugin is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Install on a staging site and take a backup before you push anything to a production site.
We cannot see your host, your theme version, your other plugins or your custom code, and any of them can change how ours behaves. A site that was never tested on staging is a site we cannot take responsibility for.
Tutorials are a starting point
The tutorials and guides on this blog are written against specific versions of Divi and WordPress, and both move. A method that worked when it was published may not survive a major release.
Check the date on a post before you follow it into a client site, and test the result yourself.
Results vary
A well-built plugin or a well-followed tutorial is a starting point, not a guarantee. Design, conversion, search ranking and business outcomes depend on your content, your offer and your audience — none of which we control.
We do not promise particular traffic, revenue, ranking or performance from using anything we sell or publish.
Compatibility
Each plugin states the Divi and WordPress versions it supports. Outside those versions we cannot promise it will work, and we may not be able to fix it if it does not.
Our plugins support Divi 5.0 and later. Divi 4 is not supported.
