Use the contact form and pick the plugin you need help with, or email hello@divicake.com. We reply within 24 hours on working days.
What to send
The first reply is much more useful when it has:
- the site’s URL
- your Divi version and the plugin’s version
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- a screenshot, if something looks wrong
