If you’re a Divi developer looking to sell your brand new Divi WordPress theme, or a seller looking for a popular Divi plugin, we’re sure you have a few questions. Below you will find a list of our most frequently asked questions.


Are the items you sell reviewed for quality?

Yes. All of the items on Divi Cake have to pass our submission guidelines. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality Divi themes, layouts and plugins.

What is your refund policy?

As mentioned in our terms of use, refunds are handled through through PayPal. You have 24 hours to request a refund after placing an order if the product is faulty or not as described. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds cannot be processed until it has been determined that the product is faulty or not as described. If Divi Cake does issue a refund we will attempt to get in touch with you regarding the reason of your refund.

What do I do if I have questions about an item I recently purchased?

Since we just facilitate the buying and selling process, any questions about any items purchased should be directed to the item’s author. If your question is not about the item specifically and involves Divi Cake, please use our contact page.


How much can I earn?

You earn 70% of each sale you make on Divi Cake. You can earn even more if you Become a Divi Cake Affiliate.

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed monthly via the PayPal email address listed in your account settings. You must be able to receive money from PayPal.

Do I retain the rights to the items I sell on Divi Cake?

Yes! You retain the rights to any and all creations you sell here. We simply facilitate the buying and selling process.

Do you have submission guidelines?

Yes. Please visit our submission guidelines page for more information.

Do I have to offer support for the items I sell?

You are not required to offer support for your items(unless it is broken), but it is encouraged. Offering support is a great way to build relationships with your customers and ensure repeat business. You are however required to have a contact form somewhere in case issues arise.
