Choose the roles to restrict, and the Visual Builder gives them only your approved values. - Restricted roles pick colours, fonts, font sizes, spacing and border radius from your approved tokens only - A save that adds any other value is rejected, with a message naming the values; what is already on the page stays - Restricted users can use your Global Colors but cannot add or change them - When a restricted user changes a page, you get one email digest an hour linking to each change The Enforce Tokens settings, with Contributor and Subscriber limited to the approved tokens ### See who changed what, and put it back Every save of a Divi page is logged, and every bulk change takes a snapshot first, so nothing is a one-way door. - The activity log records each Divi page save, who made it and when - Changes to Global Colors, variables and presets are logged too, with the old and new value - Restore a page from its log entry, export the log as CSV, and choose how long it is kept - A snapshot is taken before every bulk change, including Global Colors and Presets, and can be rolled back[Read how in the docs →](https://divicake.com/docs/divi-steward/undo-a-change-with-snapshots/) The activity log listing Divi page saves, each with who saved it and a Restore button ### Know when an approved page changes Sign a page off once the client approves it. No. Divi Steward works on the Divi 5 builder and its block-based content, and it needs the Divi 5 theme to be active. What does Enforcement limit? Colours, fonts, font sizes, margin and padding, and border radius, for the roles you restrict. Line height and letter spacing are not limited. For a tighter hand-over, turn off Advanced Settings and Code modules for those roles in Divi's Role Editor; the Design Tokens tab lists the options. Can I undo a bulk change? Yes. Every bulk change is previewed before it is applied, and a snapshot is taken first so you can roll it back from the Snapshots panel. Does the link scanner send my data anywhere? No. It only requests each URL already in your content to see whether it is reachable. Nothing about your site or its visitors is sent. How many sites can I use it on? As many as you like. Every licence covers unlimited sites, and a client site counts the same as one of your own. What happens when my licence expires? Everything keeps working. The licence brings updates in your WordPress dashboard; renew to keep getting them. A lifetime licence never expires. Is there a free version?
