Use the [contact form](https://divicake.com/contact/) and pick the plugin you need help with, or email [hello@divicake.com](mailto:hello@divicake.com). We reply within 24 hours on working days.

## What to send

The first reply is much more useful when it has:

- the site’s URL
- your Divi version and the plugin’s version
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- a screenshot, if something looks wrong
