- Click on Divi in your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to Theme Builder.
- Since we are editing the Global Footer, click on the Pen Icon button to start editing, as shown in the screenshot below.

## Step 2: Add a Text Module for the Terms and Conditions

Let’s add Terms and Conditions inside the footer by creating a new column with a [Text Module](https://divicake.com/go/the-divi-text-module/). Here’s how:

- Click on the Plus (+) Icon inside the footer section (just like in the screenshot below).
- In the Insert Module window, type Text in the search bar.
- Click on the Text Module to insert it into the column.

## Step 3: Customize the Text Module

Once you select the Text Module, its settings will open automatically, just like in the screenshot below. Now, let’s customize it.

- Click on the Content tab,
- Select the Text option, remove the default text. and type Terms and Conditions as shown.
- Switch to the Design tab.
- Click on the Text option.
- Locate the Color settings under the Text section and change it to match your footer’s color scheme—just like we changed it to white.
