As the Theme Customization panel opens as shown in the screenshot, you will see multiple options. However, our focus is on General Settings.

- Click on General Settings.
- Select Site Identity.

Navigate to General Settings and Site Identity in the WordPress Customization panel to upload a favicon.

As the Site Identity panel opens, you will find the Site Icon upload option listed as the third option. This is where we will upload the favicon. Follow the steps carefully to complete the process smoothly.

- Click on the Select Site Icon button under the Site Icon option.
- Choose the favicon icon or image from the Media Library, or upload one from your PC—both options are available.
- Click the blue Select button to confirm your choice.
- Once the favicon icon or image is uploaded, click the blue Publish button to apply the changes.

Upload a favicon by selecting the Site Icon option in the Site Identity panel and choosing an image from the Media Library or your PC.
